On April 13th, Blue Skies Campaign helped coordinate an act of nonviolent civil disobedience in Missoula, MT, which delayed a coal train on its way to the West Coast. Seven people were arrested for peacefully trespassing onto railroad property and literally putting their bodies in the way of a train full of toxic, dirty coal.
We are now raising funds to help the participants in this act of civil disobedience with their legal costs. If you can, please consider pitching in to help us cover their legal expenses, and ensure we can go on to hold more action like this in the future.
